How to slow time: sewing for well-being

This year I’m focusing on getting healthy – and I don’t mean doing a bit more exercise and eating less chocolate. After nearly 20 years living a hectic London life, I need some calm in my world. I need to slow my mind to improve my wellbeing. I am going to focus on more yoga; less time on social media; and start practicing mindfulness. The last one is the most challenging for me. Fin
